Job Description

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Newton Stewart to head a small team and run daily store operations. You’ll be hands-on on the shop floor and tills and support daily merchandising, stock accuracy, and customer service while engaging with the local community.

The role offers a permanent, part time contract (16 hours per week) with regular overtime and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. A strong benefits package is included.
