Job Description

McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking a capable Department Manager to lead shift teams, coach colleagues and ensure delivery of quality service in a high-volume restaurant. You will monitor operations and ensure standards are met by focusing on production, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires flexibility to work across day parts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, with bank holidays.
