Job Description

Multi Skilled Recycling Operative – Linwood

Working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £33,728 per year, with participation in an annual bonus scheme.

Closing date: 31 August 2026.

Responsibilities

You will undertake duties within the site as required or directed. A Multi Skilled Operative should be fully trained on at least three of the following:

• Weighbridge Operation
• Forklift Truck (or able to use shovel or grab)
• Traffic Marshal
• Picking from the line

Other operational tasks may include litter picking, aiding cleaning activities, clearing blockages in plant, or completing site paperwork such as site log and fire checks.

Qualifications

Fully trained on at least three of the following:

• Weighbridge Operation
• Forklift Truck (or able to use shovel or grab)
• Traffic Marshal
• Picking from the line
