Site Welfare & Safety Operative – NHBC-Ready

Job Description

Taylor Wimpey in Scotland is seeking a Site Operative to handle day-to-day housekeeping on the construction site and to assist the site team as required.

You will clean and maintain site welfare, ensure materials are stored correctly, supervise deliveries, and help prepare plots for NHBC inspections while upholding safety standards.

Candidates should hold a CSCS card, have a full UK driving licence, be able to travel between sites, and work well with trades and other colleagues.
