Guest Experience Supervisor – Café & Visitor Services
Job Description
The National Trust for Scotland is seeking a Visitor Services Supervisor to coordinate and oversee catering, visitor services and events in line with policy and performance targets. You will be the face of the Trust to visitors and suppliers, ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to the property’s reputation.
You will deputise for the Visitor Services Manager as needed, manage staff, and support commercial, financial and conservation objectives across operations.
