Youth Community Support & Development Worker

Job Description

LOVE is seeking passionate, compassionate support workers to join our Team in Scotland. You will support young people in the community, accompany them to clubs and activities, and help them work towards personal goals.

You’ll follow individual care plans, document updates for colleagues, and build positive relationships with young people, parents, and partner agencies. You’ll also participate in meetings and receive ongoing mentoring and training to support your development.
