C5 Alliance Group is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Guernsey team. You will provide first-line support for C5 clients, log and manage incidents, and ensure SLA targets are met. The role combines reactive support with proactive problem management and trend analysis to drive root cause resolution.
