General Operative: Hands-On Production & Plant Training

Job Description

Paxton Personnel Ltd is seeking a General Operative for a permanent full-time position in an industrial production environment in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on plant operation, loading/unloading materials, and supporting daily production activities.

Full training will be provided, including mobile plant operation, and there are opportunities to develop skills across the site. You will join a hands-on team, work safely, and participate in regular maintenance and inspections.
