Job Title: Customer Delivery Driver

Location: Dunfermline

Employment Type: Full time

Contract Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Work Shift: Days, Hours per Week: 36

Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour (Retail Hourly Category)

Job Summary

In this role, you will serve customers by delivering products to their front doors with a smile and help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading the van and delivering to customers.
  • Ensuring the van is clean, safe and ready for the next delivery.
  • Assisting the team with picking and packing online orders during peak times.
  • Maintaining a positive, customer focused attitude throughout the shift.

Qualifications

  • Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced customer service environment.
  • Good communication skills and a team mindset.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
