We’re excited to be looking for a Care Navigator to join our experienced and close-knit team, based in Torry Medical Practice or Camphill Medical Practice.

The role of Care Navigator is essential to the effective running of our practices and ensuring patients are directed to the most appropriate person and place to meet their care needs. Making a positive impact on their health and wellbeing. We are a busy, fast paced practice so ideally the successful candidate will have experience in working in Primary Care or with the public and be a fast learner. You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and remain focused in a challenging environment. The successful candidate must possess strong IT skills as this is an essential part of the role. Good interpersonal skills, clear communication and the ability to build good working relationships with both the practice staff and the public is key. Confidentiality, reliability and attention to detail are also required to succeed in this role.

River Dee Medical Group runs two medical practices at present: Camphill Medical Practice and Torry Medical Practice.

Salary: The salary scale for this post is £25,760.00 – 29,029.00 pro rata
