ProMatch is seeking a Manufacturing Line Lead in Alness to manage a production line, coach operatives and partner teams, and ensure compliant, efficient output of fish products. You will work with the Manufacturing Manager to align daily schedules with customer specs and order volumes, while maintaining strong quality and safety standards.
