The role focuses on managing a mix of inbound and outbound communications with business customers, with strong progression potential and the opportunity to develop across sales, operations, account management and business development.

The ideal candidate will handle calls, book appointments, prepare quotes, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain records using CRM and Microsoft Office, while thriving in
