Job title: Residential Conveyancing Departmental Administrator

Location: Perth

Working hours: This is a full time role, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (35 hours per week)

Reporting to: Residential Conveyancing Partners

Job Type: Permanent

Closing date: Applications will be reviewed upon receipt and interviews held on a rolling basis.

Your responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support the overall, day-to-day running of the department, taking on administrative tasks from our Residential Conveyancing Partners. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent service to our clients, while furthering the department and Firm’s business objectives.

Key experience and skills

  • Ability to develop positive working relationships across the firm and with clients; gain the respect of colleagues
  • Ability to assess clients’ needs and offer practical solutions
  • Acts as a positive ambassador for the Firm both internally and externally
  • Works effectively with other team members
  • Actively supports department partners and management
  • Takes a proactive approach to matter administration
  • Experience in diary management, arranging travel itineraries, and taking accurate meeting
  • Relevant software proficiency
  • Experience working in a law Firm or similar office environment
