Financial Conduct Authority is seeking a Prudential Policy Lead. This senior role based in London with hybrid work options will drive prudential policy development across IFPR/MIFIDPRU, MIPRU and related regimes.

You will provide expert regulatory judgement, shape policy and engage extensively with internal teams, industry bodies and HM Treasury. You will lead complex workstreams, mentor staff, and deliver high-impact policy outputs while ensuring alignment with financial resilience objectives
