Diversity Dashboard in Edinburgh’s Waverley Court is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator to support the Operational Support, Performance and Improvement (OSPI) function, focusing on health, safety and staff wellbeing.

You will coordinate improvement projects, advise managers on policy and legislation, lead audits and risk assessments, and promote consistent, compliant practices across services. Flexible working and staff wellbeing are priorities.
