Job Description

Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Falkirk (Slamannan area) to help people achieve their goals with dignity. The role offers both full-time and part-time hours, with permanent contracts and up to 48-hour shifts where required.

A driving licence and vehicle are advantageous due to rural location. You will support individuals with learning disabilities or challenging behaviour, promote independence, and participate in activities and records management.
