Recovery Worker: Harm-Reduction & Community Support (Flexible Hours)

Job Description

We Are With You in Helensburgh is seeking a Recovery Worker on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2027. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) based in Helensburgh and covers the wider Lomond area; part-time arrangements can be stated in the cover letter.

You will provide harm-reduction support, manage caseloads, and work with the NHS and local partners in a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery. Salary ranges from £26,250 to £30,900 with progression; closing date 19 July 2026.
