HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes.

You’ll support the Home Manager with fundraising events, encourage social interaction and bring warmth and kindness to every resident and colleague. We value planning, organisational and IT skills, plus safeguarding awareness to protect residents.
