Finance Assistant – School Accounts (Maternity Cover)

Job Description

St Leonards School is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a fixed term full-time basis to support the Finance department at The Pends, St Andrews. The role involves producing termly invoices, reconciling fee and purchase ledgers, and handling supplier communications under the Head of Finance.

The post holder will work closely with the School Accountant and maintain Engage, visa and vehicle accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Closing date is 21 July 2026.
