Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor – Proposals to own the commercial aspects of bids for the SPS region. You will lead tendering activities, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure timely bid submissions in collaboration with regional sales, hubs, and the FPS COE proposals team.

You will drive capture planning and early engagement, influence pricing and contract terms, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to secure high-value deals while aligning with customer requirements
