Role Overview

As a Park’s Motor Group General Sales Manager, you will be a dynamic and forward thinking professional who builds ongoing relationships with our customers and your team. This role is available at our Ayr, Coatbridge, Hamilton and Inverness locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build ongoing relationships with customers and your team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Drive, ambition and excellent leadership skills.
  • High level of commercial acumen and knowledge of the motor industry.
  • Proven track record in maximising financial objectives, including budget, sales, profit and customer satisfaction indices.
  • Ability to maximise both volume and profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written, analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proactive management style that reinforces corporate values.
  • IT literacy; knowledge of Kerridge software is desirable.
