CAMHS Practice Development Nurse (Band 7) – Lead & Innovate

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking an experienced senior nurse for a Band 7 Practice Development Nurse role within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). This part-time position (18 hours per week) is primarily focused on enhancing nursing practice and professional development across the CAMHS teams.

The successful candidate will lead skills development, implement policies, and support quality improvement initiatives. The role requires a Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse, excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as sound knowledge of relevant legislation.
