Dementia Post Diagnosis Support Link Worker

NHS Scotland is looking for a Part-time PDS Link Worker to support individuals with dementia in Clydebank. The role involves providing person-centred support and facilitating community connections for those diagnosed with dementia.

The candidate will work within the Community Mental Health Team and must possess strong communication skills along with a relevant professional qualification. A full driving license and access to a car is required.
