Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with our client, an award winning Hotel in Braemar area, who are seeking an inspirational and passionate Head Ghillie.

As Head Ghillie, you will be the main point of contact working with the concierge team, to lead and inspire the team to deliver a memorable guest experience. Combining a passion for service with strong commercial instinct, the successful Head Ghillie will act as the main point of focus, elevating every stage of the guest journey – whilst driving revenue through curated experiences, partnerships and bespoke services.

Working closely with the senior front of house team, you will be positioning the ghillie team at the heart of the guest experience, whilst ensuring a memorable experience, promoting all aspects of the Hotel and the stunning local area. Positioned in the Scottish Highlands, you will be delivering an individual experience, showcasing the area of natural beauty, in one of the UK’s most distinctive Hotels.

Head Ghillie responsibilities to include;

  • Lead and inspire the ghillie team, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards, presentation and professionalism.
  • Build and nurture relationships with best-in-class local partners.
  • Deliver training in product knowledge, storytelling and sales techniques.
  • Overseeing the commercial viability of all Hotel offerings for guests.
