Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Housing Regeneration (Flexible Working)

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is looking for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the Low-Rise Area-Based Regeneration team. This role involves supporting the commercial aspects of projects that enhance building fabric, benefiting both Council tenants and private homeowners in Edinburgh.

You will assist in cost planning, contract documentation, and ensure project delivery while engaging with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be working towards a Quantity Surveying degree and possess strong numeracy, IT, and communication skills.
