1st Line IT Support Advisor (4-on/4-off)

Job Description

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a temporary role at the Capgemini site in Inverness. This position operates on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern from 7:00am to 6:00pm. You will be the primary contact for clients, providing first line IT support via phone, email, and web chat.

The ideal candidate should excel in communication and have a passion for customer service. This role offers up to £13.45 per hour, with training provided for necessary IT skills.
