Hardware Lead – Autonomous Robotics (Production-Ready)

Job Description

C&D Talent Advisory is looking for a Hardware Lead to establish a new hardware function focused on developing and deploying robotic platforms. You will work closely with founders to define the hardware strategy and oversee all aspects from design to production.

Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in robotics or advanced hardware engineering and a proven capability to bring products from prototype to production. This role is on-site in Switzerland with visa sponsorship and relocation support offered.
