Job Description

SSE plc is looking for an HR Case Manager/Coach to provide essential coaching and support in people management. The role is based in Perth, Glasgow, or Reading, requiring 50% onsite work.

You will guide line managers in HR procedures, ensuring fair and consistent practices in line with SSE policies. A strong HR background and experience with employee relations casework is preferred.

The position offers a salary of £44,000 – £65,900 plus benefits, including flexible working options.
