Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual to join the Business Unit Administration team supporting Specialist Mental Health and Learning Disability services. The post will be based within Fulton Clinic at Royal Cornhill Hospital, Aberdeen.

The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to members of NHS Grampian’s Specialist Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Senior Leadership. There may be times where the post holder is required to support other members of the team during periods of leave or unexpected absence.

We are looking for a self motivated person who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people in a flexible way. The successful candidate will work autonomously but should also be a confident team player who can work with minimal supervision and possess the ability to prioritise their daily workload to meet service demands.

The post holder will be working with new systems and processes and be expected to contribute to the development of these as part of their role.

In addition, applicants should have good organisational skills and be confident in their use of IT systems.
