Summary

To create and implement organised marketing strategies to support business growth, we are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Manager. Increasing brand recognition, assessing market trends, and growing the company into the catering and events sector-including weddings, private parties, and corporate events-will be the main goals of the position. UK visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement marketing plans for takeaway, catering and franchise prospects.
  • Identify catering opportunities and potential franchise markets through market research.
  • Develop and oversee marketing initiatives for local advertising, social media and online platforms.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, corporate partners, event coordinators and potential franchise partners.
  • Drive brand growth and marketing efforts to support future franchise expansion.
  • Deploy and use CRM systems to manage leads, enquiries and customer interactions.
  • Analyse consumer data and campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness and bookings.
  • Provide the management team with insights on marketing performance, market trends and expansion prospects.

Competencies

  • Strong grasp of brand building and marketing, preferably in food, takeaway, catering or franchising.
  • Ability to organise and execute local and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the UK market, including developments in franchise business, events and catering.
  • Experience with digital marketing: email campaigns, social media and online advertising.
  • Data analysis skills to identify patterns that promote company expansion.
  • CRM experience managing prospects and customer interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with partners, stakeholders and clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to oversee multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Commercial insight that supports future franchise expansion and catering growth.
