Calanais is seeking an experienced Assistant Chef to assist in the development of the catering offer at the Calanais Visitor Centre. You will use local seasonal ingredients to create high-quality dishes, enhancing the visitor experience.

This is a full-time position averaging 37.5 hours per week, and the salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
