Overview
Buchlyvie Medical Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Health Visitor to join the Health Visiting team at Buchlyvie Health Centre on a full-time, permanent basis. The role supports the Universal Health Visiting Pathway across the Stirling North and Rural area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide health visiting services to children and families with a mixture of complex and additional needs.
- Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate care plans.
- Implement child protection and safeguarding protocols in line with local and national guidance.
- Deliver health improvement interventions and support families in improving wellbeing.
- Travel within the service area as required to meet client needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Current practice experience as a Health Visitor.
- Demonstrated ability in caseload management, child protection, and safeguarding.
- Experience working with families presenting complex needs.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel across the service area.
