Overview

To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings. Please only apply if you are able to meet these requirements.


Responsibilities


  • Interact with customers and ensure the dining and customer areas run smoothly.

  • Welcome children, hand out balloons, and assist with organizing special events as needed.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.

  • Establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere and support the team in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications / Skills


  • Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behavior, with the ability to work well as part of a team.

  • Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact.

  • Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
