Job Description

Class 2 HIAB Driver – Dunfermline
Our client, a national builders’ merchant, is hiring Class 2 HIAB Drivers. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking flexible work in a permanent role.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering construction materials to residential and commercial sites
Operating a HIAB crane for loading and unloading
Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
Conducting daily vehicle and equipment checks
Providing excellent customer service on-site
Complying with all health & safety regulations
What you’ll bring:
Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
HIAB certification (experience preferred)
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Good understanding of driver hours and road safety rules
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Working hours & pay:
7:30am – 5:00pm, with a rotating pattern (42.5 hours one week, 46 hours the next, averaging 44 hours)
Salary: £35,000 per annum (for permanent placement)
