Mobile Vehicle Technician (Bodyshop)

Location: Falkirk

Salary: £45,000 Basic salary + Uncapped Bonus (realistic OTE) + Mercedes Sprinter Van + Flexible working hours + excellent benefits schemes

We are seeking a proven Paint Technician, Paint Sprayer, Panel Technician, Panel Beater, SMART Repairer or Bodyshop Technician to join our mobile repair team as a Mobile Bodyshop Technician.

Key responsibilities:

  • Travel within the Falkirk area and surrounding locations to perform vehicle body repairs at customers’ workplaces, homes, and approved sites.
  • Use the state of the art Mercedes Sprinter and fully compliant repair capsules, including a self sufficient power source.
  • Complete repairs as directed by a central team-no cold calling or unsolicited visits.
  • Continuously develop and apply advanced repair techniques, including Hybrid & EV vehicle repair.

Requirements:

  • Full UK/EU driving licence.
  • At least Level 2 bodyshop competence (or higher) with proven experience in paint, panel, or body repair.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Willingness to undertake regular training and professional development.
