Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE) – Disputes & Regulatory
We are looking for a solicitor in our Aberdeen office to work on high quality commercial litigation and regulatory matters. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base and a wide range of complex, high value disputes.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior solicitors on general commercial litigation, real estate disputes, insolvency related matters, and energy sector disputes.
- Prepare and review pleadings, witness statements, and other litigation documents.
- Support client service and contribute to the growth and reputation of the disputes and regulatory team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop solutions and manage matters strategically.
Qualifications
- Up to 2 years PQE in general commercial litigation, or qualifying trainee who has completed a seat in commercial litigation.
- Commercially aware, strong technical ability, excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, organised, solutions focused, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
