Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee warehouse and logistics operations.
• Manage productivity, process quality, and warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Drive reduction of controllable expenses, including VCP and contract labor spend.
• Oversee logistics and shipping processes, including purchasing, receiving, and shipping activities.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet customer requirements, including managing contract labor workforce scope.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, global supply chain teams, and logistics vendors.
• Support strategic planning of logistics for each project to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
• Support departmental operational planning and suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
• Work with business unit stakeholders to plan activities and address operational needs.
• Apply standardized processes and guidelines, with flexibility in planning and execution where appropriate.
• Manage operations within predefined contracts and frameworks, with some latitude for deviation when required.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Be able to work independently and manage operational priorities.
• Have strong problem solving skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to coordinate operations across warehouse, logistics, and supply chain functions.

This is a full time operational leadership role based in a warehouse and yard environment. The role involves close collaboration with supply chain, logistics, and project teams.
