- Exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to use their passion and enthusiasm to lead a team dedicated to providing a truly warm “Highland” welcome, ensuring guests are treated to the upmost hospitality and care during their visit.
- As the General Manager you will be the ‘face’ of Northern Sands Hotel. You will set the standard – smart and well presented, encouraging your team to follow your example and lead them to success.
- The right candidate will have a natural gift for hospitality who can deliver great bar service, operate a fast pace restaurant with confidence and a smile, while assured in the knowledge that the rooms are of the highest standard.
- Energetic and lively individual who remains calm and organised, with a planned and logical approach to shift management.

- Ensure the smooth operation of all departments throughout the day.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Competent IT skills (Previous experience in managing an online booking system and EPOS desirable)
- 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Driving Licence
- Knowledge of licensing laws (preferable personal licence holder)
