Thistle Seafoods Ltd in Uddingston is seeking a Quality Assurer (QA) responsible for ensuring that materials and finished products meet legal and customer requirements. You will carry out comprehensive QA checks, conduct intake checks, and notify management of any deviations from specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional attitude, good decision-making skills, and experience in the food industry. A Level 2 Award in Food Safety and HACCP certification are required for this role.
