ROLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR TYPE: PERMANENT LOCATION: CELTIC PARK, GLASGOW
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Operator to work in our ticket office, providing world class customer service to supporters and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide ahigh-levelcustomer service and resolve supporter enquiries through the Celtic Ticket Office counter and telephone line
- Process home match, away match, and season ticket sales
- Process payments and follow all daily banking procedures
- Use the provided ticketing system to ensureaccuratesupporter records are maintained
- Printing,fulfilmentand posting of home and away match tickets
- Adhere to the Ticket Officeand ClubPolicies and Procedures at all times
- Provide assistancein other areas of Ticket Office operations as requested by Ticket OfficeManagement
- Ensure all communications with colleagues are professional, appropriate, and considerate of individual needs and circumstances
- Actively build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues across the Club, ensuring a collaborative approach is adopted at all times
- Treat all colleagues with dignity and respect, ensuring that your behaviour and approach are inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in ticket sales/administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work individually and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues
- Flexible and able to manage own workload
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to problem solve and analyse
- Strong initiative and quick thinking
- Good relationship management skills
- Personal accountability and able to highlight issues or gaps in processes
- Higher Maths and English or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Celtic Football Club would be advantageous
