The Role

As a Band 3 Senior Clinical Support Worker, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care under the supervision of registered nursing staff
  • Support patients with daily living activities, therapeutic interventions, and engagement in recovery-focused care
  • Work within both IPCU and forensic environments, supporting individuals with complex mental health presentations
  • Observe, monitor, and accurately report changes in patient condition
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic ward environment
  • Provide support and guidance to less experienced staff where appropriate
