Job Description
The Role
As a Band 3 Senior Clinical Support Worker, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care under the supervision of registered nursing staff
- Support patients with daily living activities, therapeutic interventions, and engagement in recovery-focused care
- Work within both IPCU and forensic environments, supporting individuals with complex mental health presentations
- Observe, monitor, and accurately report changes in patient condition
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic ward environment
- Provide support and guidance to less experienced staff where appropriate
