Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Designing showroom layouts using CAD.
• Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach to deliver outstanding service.
• Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom.
• Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service.
• Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features and matching products to customer needs.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Working Hours

Full time, permanent – 40 hours per week.

Monday – Friday 08 00 and Saturday on a rota basis 08 00.
