Production OperativeLocation: UphallSalary: £24,874 per annumHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (08:00 – 16:00)Contract Type: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join team in Uphall. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced production environment, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality butter products.Key Responsibilities
- Operate butter production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the preparation and mixing of ingredients.
- Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks.
- Package and label finished products accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Report any equipment faults or production issues to the supervisor.
- Support other production tasks as required.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within the food industry (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
