Pay & Hours

£13.45 plus £1.62 holiday pay = £15.07 p/h. Relief hours as required. Waking nights paid at an enhanced rate.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure rota coverage for staff absences, including working waking nights.
• Provide peer support on a one to one basis and within group sessions.
• Facilitate workshops and support sessions in person or virtually (video call, telephone, text, email).
• Support individuals in achieving self management, resilience, and community connection.
