ROLE: Mobile Gas Engineer

HOURS: Full-time (including On-Call rota)

LOCATION: Edinburgh

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on gas plant and associated equipment.
• Undertake repairs, fault finding, and maintenance on boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, and associated systems.
• Monitor sub-contractors, ensuring work meets required standards and health and safety regulations.
• Issue permits, control minor works, and carry out escorting duties where required.
• Complete all certification, reports, and paperwork accurately and within required timescales.

Required Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level II/III (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Full, current UK driving licence.
• Experience in maintenance, testing, and fault finding on a range of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety and safe working practices.
• Good communication skills with a strong customer care focus.
