My Edinburgh based client are hiring for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a business as they look to expand. You will be supported in your role but also given great opportunity for progression.
- Responsibilities for the role include:
- Processing client and supplier invoices
- Invoice and payments reconciliation
- Supporting and carrying out credit control duties
- Assisting in month end reporting along with other management reports
- Completing cash and banking processes for the day, week and month
Relevant skills for this role will include:
- Accounts payable and receivable experience
- Bookkeeping experience
- Office administration experience
- Experience of working in a client facing role
- Experience of working in a professional office environment
