Client Experience Assistant – Overview
Part time position based in Edinburgh office. Core hours Monday to Thursday 1pm 5pm and Friday 11.30am 5pm, 21.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide a smooth and efficient service in the day to day running of internal and external client areas.
- Ensure tea/coffee/refreshments are available in client suite meeting rooms, keep rooms tidy and presentable.
- Configure boardrooms according to operational requirements, remove/add tables and chairs, and set up rooms per booking requirements.
- Maintain colleague coffee machines with milk, perform cleaning processes and keep coffee & tea stock levels, liaise with Team Lead to order stock.
- Keep colleague kitchen and breakout spaces clean and presentable.
- Provide ad hoc coverage and support for reception during busy periods and colleague absences, greet and direct clients upon arrival.
Skills & Qualifications
- Flexible, self motivated, highly competent and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills, able to communicate with clients and colleagues across the business.
- Client focused manner with the ability to deliver a client always focused service.
