What will you be doing?

  • First point of contact for all queries directed to the File Management team; triage requests and manage escalation accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in 3E, the legal practice management and CRM platform.
  • Use Worksite to create new files, enter information accurately and file daily correspondence.
  • Respond to file requests from staff and Partners.
  • Index and store older files.
  • Communicate with colleagues via Microsoft Outlook.

Salary

£24,279 per annum.

Working week

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Future prospects

Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent position with a permanent salary discussed at that time.

Apprenticeship details

This vocational apprenticeship supports your day to day role and, upon completion, awards you a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6. You will receive a dedicated QA skills coach and a work mentor to help you develop the skills needed for the role and pass your assessments.
