Job Description

Overview

Band 3 Ward Product Management Stock Control Officer based in Inverness at the National Treatment Centre (NTC). The role supports the operation of the NTC Theatre suite and inpatient & outpatient areas.

Responsibilities

  • Support operations of the NTC Theatre suite and inpatient/outpatient areas.
  • Manage products and instrumentation used with the NTC efficiently and accurately.
  • Work flexibly across all NTC and Ward Product Management Service locations as required.
  • Respond to customer needs with helpful, supportive service.

Qualifications

  • Relevant supply chain experience.
  • IT competence with MS Office applications.
  • SVQ3 qualification in storage / warehousing and distribution or equivalent.
  • Good standard of education.
  • Highly organised, self motivated, initiative, able to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and people skills.
  • Conscientious, methodical, team player.
