About the Role

As a Housing Officer, you will work collaboratively with customers and partner agencies to support the continued development of our communities, becoming a familiar face and providing comprehensive, high quality housing management services.
Responsibilities
- Collect rental income and manage financial aspects of the tenancy.
- Handle voids and conduct neighbourhood management.
- Work collaboratively with customers and partner agencies to support community development.
- Provide a high quality housing management service to customers.
Qualifications
- At least two years’ experience in a Housing Officer role or participation in the internal Ignite graduate programme.
- Proven track record of excellent rental income collection, void management, and neighbourhood management.
- Enthusiastic, caring professional who can work, adapt, and thrive in a fast paced, constantly innovating organisation.
